Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service while respecting both your time and mine, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all pre-booked sessions: Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will count as used time, unless due to an emergency. Cancellations: More than 48 hours in advance: Canceled time is credited back to your package for future use. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours: 50% of the booked time is deducted from your package. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The full scheduled time is deducted from your package. Emergency Exception: We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen situation arises, reach out as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
